Rocker cover gasket, front camshaft seals, CAS O-ring, thermostat housing gasket and O-ring, front crank seal, new tensioner and idler.
Clutch replacement

New spigot bearing, new clutch release bearing, and clutch. Optional flywheel skim, rear main seal and new gearbox oil for extra cost.
Lifter tick 'rattle' repair
Labour from £300
Removal of camshafts, splitting lifters for cleaning (removing hardened oil and sludge) and reassembly.
Engine change

Removal of your old engine and installing whatever engine is provided or sourced.
Auto to manual conversion
Labour from £600
Removal of the automatic transmission and related components, installation of manual gearbox and clutch system (master and slave cylinders, hard lines, pedal).
Headgasket replacement
Parts and labour from £500
Replacing your damaged headgasket. Requires cylinder head disassembly. Extra cost if your head requires skimming.
